Author's Note: This scene was lit from under the water. I took a regular tupperware pitcher, and put a rolled-up piece of black construction paper in it. I cut a portion out of the bottom for the light to come out sideways, pointed my flash in the top and stuck it in the water. Picture of the rig can be seen here
