Author's Note: Penguin's paradise. No polar bears allowed, an ice water slide (with elevator) that goes into the arctic lake behind the ferris wheel. They can ride the ferris wheel to see what it feels like to fly and slide on their bellies or behinds down the snow slide and race each other.
And of course the ice castle on top that lights the park during the night. :)
