Author's Note: I wanted to create a logo that had contrast. The scripted R's to convey the "visual" aspects of retail (ex. the setting up of displays to catch customer's attentions to bring them in the store) and the heavy set Q and 4 to show the technical aspect (using the POS, dealing with money, book keeping, etc)
