Author's Note: This place is on top of a bluff near Carbondale, IL. The place is locally called "Inspiration Point".
When I was there, I couldn't take my eyes out of those trees... I felt like they were hugging each other, either in a romantic way, or because one was so close to the cliff, or trying to jump (I can even see it's tiny arms towards the cliff)... and the other is passionaly saving it's life, hanging on.
Whatever it is, there's drama on these trees, for sure, and I'm happy that finally I have a contest where they fit in!
