Author's Note: I took this picture from inside of one of the glass pillars of the New England Holocaust Memorial in a trip to Boston last June. It was an overwhelming moment to look to the hundreds of thousands of numbers etched on these walls. I wanted to show the magnitude of these markings, markings that once were people; people that the madness and irrationality, transformed into mere numbers. Never forget.
