Author's Note: Back in March I drew this for the "Over The Rainbow" contest in which we were to create our own version of Oz. Even though it came in third place, I wasn't happy with my original version, mainly because I didn't have time to create a background for it. So this was a perfect opportunity for me to redo my old entry more to my liking.
My version of the Tinman is still missing his heart and Emerald City may not be the nice place we were led to believe...
