Zoo Attraction/Barber?? by paliente
2nd place entry in Recession Job Mergers

The moment the recession struck, jobs were cut left, right and centre. Some of the Zoo’s occupants found they were cast back into the wild as they were no longer needed as families could not afford the enjoyment a Zoo normally brings. Primates were the first to go due to certain un-mentionable acts that proved to be unpopular among most guests. On the other hand, this un-mentionable act turned into an overnight phenomenon as a new hair product. Soon enough, the primates were being employed as barbers and with their experience in hair and entertainment, turned a normally mundane and boring activity into a fun outing for the whole family that only costs peanuts!

It did, however, attract other unemployed animals as can be seen from this photo: http://fx.worth1000.com/entries/492215/the-fringe

Who would of thought being a Zoo animal was a full time job? :)
