Author's Note: This time i wanted to build something huge in minecraft, and i didn't want to build a castle actually, because there are already so many of them and cobblestone looks really bad. Sand however has an unspoiled look, because not a lot of peaple build with it. The castle i made is so big my fingers still hurt from all the clicking, as every block needed to be placed. Sand is a very hard material to build with because it reacts to gravity. If there is nothing underneath a sand block it would fall, so i had to place smoothstone before i could place sand.
The Castle conists of one main building, with 5 towers, and the perimeter wall, wich has 4 towers and is 6 blocks wide. The main building is 26 by 21 blocks and the highest point is 21 blocks above sealevel.
I wrote my gamertag on the front of the perimeter wall, because it looked so emty and boring without it.
The materials used for the building are Smoothstone, Sand and torches.
I wanted to build the castle on a desert, but i haven't found one yet in my world.
I made use of the inventory editor tool and the flying mod from zombe to be able to build it in less time.
