Author's Note: If only nuclear power plants were this easy to build.
The only outside sources I used were the factory buildings and a generic picture of a cloudy sky. The towers I did myself. It took about 2 hrs of tinkering with the controls to get the coloring to look just right, and was the most interesting part.
