Author's Note: The Romulus Mk. II is an upgraded version of its predecessor, whose connective appendages were largely un-armored and weak. It was named after the mythological founder of Rome, Romulus, as this robot will also be in-charge of scouting new land. This human-piloted robot can be easily mass-produced, as it uses cheap materials for the plating. Its sole purpose is use for Mars exploration and Mars mining operations. The robot is designed to act much like a human body, as it has a head and eyes, but no functioning brain. This robot has powerful hands that can act as shovels, with complex hydraulic systems in its legs and feet. The feet especially, have tight gripping and versatile movement for scaling Martian landscapes and remaining on the ground in the absence of gravity. The robot also has weapon-like capabilities, as the Mars race can prove to be highly competitive. On the front of the robot, twin lights can be focused and turned to high-power energy beams. This robot took about an hour of work to make.
