The reason why i chose this name is for 3 reasons:
1- Purpose:it spells relaxation; when someone is at ease it means he is relaxing and having fun
2- Message:the very use of "@" the location symbol instead of "at" the location word delivers the message that this logo is for a location; not to mention it shows it's new modern and also sophsticated but with ease ;)
3- Integeration: this name would spell more creative ideas for use in mission statement, logo design and slogan. For example: the 'ease' could be in the form of a soft body countour in the logo

Royal Palms Retreat

I chose the name "Anima Renovatio" as it means "Spirit Renewal" in latin. Using latin words adds an interesting classic high end feeling, which will catch people attention and will distinguish the company from the competitors. The very meaning of these words reminds of a fortifying and fully reparative experience.
The word "anima" has also an appealing english meaning: soul, life.
Any spa can relax your body. But only a deluxe spa can make you feel completely restored in body and soul.

It ensebles the clearness of a diamond, which can be confused with the Crystal Clear .

* "Glide"

This name doesn't necessarily refer to anything in particular; it is intended just to convey a sense of smoothness and relaxation. The word glide means a slow, measured descent, which I felt worked with the unwinding and de-stressing of a spa.

* "Bubbles from Heaven"

This would be a rather more fun-spirited name. It does focus on one particular aspect of the spa experience, but it has a cheeky and inviting feel to it. The downside is that it may be a bit generic.

* "Decadence"

This name makes no pretensions about what visitors are coming for. You're offering them a time of pure indulgence, so here's the name to match.

Comfort in Serenity

I picked this name beacause I feel that if one is to pick a day spa, they would choose one that makes you feel comfortable and good just thinking about it. This name does just that. It is a kind, inviting name that conveys feelings that you would be happy about going into a day spa.

When I read this contest I started to put idea's on paper. I found out that I didnt know much about day spa, or Grand Cayman. When I started to research, I discovered that Grand Cayman is a beautifull island with magnificent beaches, something we did not have in the netherlands. I realised that it would be great to be treated and spoiled on such a fantastic location. To finally get out of the busy life of work and stress.To become pure and youreself again.

The day spa made me think about roman ages where myths and legends where created. It made me think about bathhouses where emperors of roman legionary's bathed while they where eating fruit. It made me think about the greek sea and river gods. In a day spa it should be heaven on earth.

For me it is a spiritual place for body and mind.

So while i was thinking about it all i put the following points on paper. I wanted the name to represent:

Beauty/Nature; Almost everyone wants natural products because natural products are always better than unnatural products. This is a emotional value that could be of use.

Personal Attention; People that are on holiday always want to be spoiled and treated well. thats the reason why i do not wish to use the word day spa. People will remind there visit for a long time, not just a day.

and finally

Rest; the people that visit the day spa want to have a nice day of rest. And they curtainly can use it After all the active activitys on the island.

When you combine those three values you can have several company names. It depends on what kind of image you want you customers to have of your company.

I have chosen for a creative modern name that fits with the people that are visiting the resort.

"BlueBattery"

I have chosen for the name; "Blue Battery" because the people who visit the resort are modern people that want to explore them self and make time for them self. Visiting bathhouses is a thing humans have done for ages, but Spa resorts are the modern bathhouses of today and the future. It's not only cleaning youre self it is recharging youre body and searching for harmony. That's why I used the word Battery. I putted the color blue in front because blue stands for cleannes and water.

The slogan would be:
